Trust: a responsibility entrusted by God, and honesty in keeping what is entrusted.
What it means
“We offered the trust to the heavens, the earth and the mountains, and they refused to bear it and feared it; but man bore it” (33:72). “God commands you to render trusts to their owners” (4:58). The Prophet was known as al-Amin, and listed the signs of a hypocrite: when trusted he betrays.
