The nomadic Arabs; the Quran speaks of some who were hypocrites and of others who believed (9:97–99).
What it means
The Quran says that the Bedouins are the most severe in disbelief and hypocrisy (9:97), and then adds “and among the Bedouins are some who believe in God and the Last Day” (9:99). They are told not to say “we believe” until faith has entered their hearts (49:14).
